To maintain structural integrity and weathertightness, specially engineered accessories are available for all Butler ^® roof systems.

A full range of accessories, including vents, curbs, pipe flashings, Butler Lite*Panl^® translucent roof and wall panels, skylights, roof hatches and various gutter and trim options completes the offering and keeps your building attractive and functional for years.

MR-24^® ROOF LAMINATE OPTIONS

Also available with the MR-24 roof system are the MR-24 ^® SG and MR-24 ^® AG Laminate Panel Roof Systems. Utilizing a high performance laminate material (stainless steel/Galvalume ^® combined with a viscoelastic material), the MR-24 SG roof is designed for unmatched corrosion resistance and sound control.

The MR-24 ^® SGroof system offers a unique combination of the most successful roof in the industry and a state-of-the-art laminate. With superior corrosion resistance and impact noise control (up to a 50% reduction in perceived loudness), the MR-24 SG is ideal for heavy industrial, marine or other corrosive environments.

For projects where impact sound control is paramount, the MR-24 AG roof makes a perfect choice. The laminate material of the MR-24 AG roof is designed specifically for buildings – such as churches, schools and theaters – where sound control is critical. The MR-24 AG (aluminum/Galvalume laminate) roof provides the same sound control features as the MR-24 SG roof at a lower cost.

SKY-WEB^® FALL PROTECTION AND INSULATION SYSTEM

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE

The Sky-Web ^® Fall Protection and Insulation Support System consists of an open mesh securely fastened around the perimeter of the building. This system provides workers with protection from falls off the leading edge of the roof during construction.

The Sky-Web System does not, however, eliminate the fall hazard from the remaining perimeter of the roof.

The Sky-Web system offers complete passive protection at the leading edge of roof to workers installing roof systems.

In addition, the mesh remains a part of the roof system and provides a support system for roof insulation. The light color of the mesh blends with most fiberglass insulation facings, ensuring an attractive, finished appearance.

PASSIVE RESTRAINT

The Sky-Web system is a passive restraint system requiring no action by the worker (such as tying off with a lanyard) for protection to be available. The concept is similar to automobile air bags (a passive restraint) versus seat belts (an action-required restraint).

The Sky-Web system, once installed, offers workers below protection from certain falling objects.
