Vanities/Showers/Dressing Compartments

GENERAL - Capitol Partitions, Inc. manufactures restroom or locker room vanities in POLY-PRO^®, POLY-PRO PLUS^® (P³), or PRO-NOLIC^®. The vanity installations consist of countertop, front and side skirt, sidesplash and backsplash for an overall pleasing appearance. The units do not absorb moisture and are odor and mildew resistant. We combine durability for a virtually maintenance-free environment with designer styling to assure an elegant yet practical installation.

MATERIAL - Constructed of I" thick POLY-PRO^® or POLY-PRO PLUS^® (P³) solid polymer resin or 3/4" PRO-NOLIC^® solid phenolic core as manufactured by Capitol Partitions, Inc. The surface is resistant to marking by pens, pencils, most markers, and paints, and cleans easily with ordinary household detergent or solvent for more stubborn stains.

 

GENERAL - Capitol Partitions, Inc. offers the PRESIDENTIAL SERIES of shower cabinets in three finishes - POLY-PRO^®, POLY-PRO PLUS^® (P³), or PRO-NOLIC^®. All materials in the PRESIDENTIAL SERIES are unaffected by water and steam, and will not delaminate, break or rust.

SPECIFICATIONS - Capitol Partitions, Inc. PRESIDENTIAL SERIES showers, as shown on plans, in the following sizes: 32" x 32" x 82", 36" x 36" x 82", or 40" x 40" x 82" (for physically handicapped).

WALLS - Constructed of solid POLY-PRO^®, POLY-PRO PLUS^® (P³), or PRO-NOLIC^®, 1" thick. Material is impervious to water. All corner connections are made of continuous aluminum corner sections. Field caulking is applied as required. Standard entrance opening is 24", or 32" for physically handicapped.

HEADRAIL - Made of brite anodized aluminum of "anti-grip" design with integral shower curtain track.

RECEPTOR - Precast one-piece terrazzo, 6" high, made of white cement with black and white marble chips. Receptor shoulders are rabbeted to receive panels. Drain is cast integrally and provides for a cold caulked lead connection, not less than 1" deep to a 2" pipe and has removable stainless steel strainer plate. All piping, heads and valves furnished by others.

 

CONGRESS SERIES - shower/dressing dividers in POLY-PRO^®, POLY-PRO PLUS^® (P³), or PRO-NOLIC^® offer excellent privacy at a reasonable cost. The introduction of our color coordinated bracket ensures a waterproof low maintenance installation.
