Carboline's Customer Service department is ready to take your order
Wherever you may be!

We consist of 16 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for customers located within the United States & Canada, and 1 person in the International Department to take care of your order if you are outside the United States/Canada. There are 3 CSRs located in Houston, responsible for the southern half of Texas. 3 CSRs located in New Orleans, responsible for the state of Louisiana, and 10 reps located at the home offices in St. Louis, MO handling the rest of the world!
Customer service is also responsible for stocking our 6 distribution centers and 8 warehouses, strategically placed throughout the country. Along with several distributors, working together with our sales team, and our partnerships with many carriers, we are confident we can service your coatings needs in an efficient manner. Our mission states:
