Phenolines

Extreme Duty, Phenolic and Epoxy Novalac Coatings for Chemical Resistance

Fifty years ago the Carboline Company was started to develop heavy duty protective coatings for the chemical processing industry. The Phenoline product line follows in the tradition of those earlier successes.

Designed to be used in the Chemical and Petro-Chemical industry for tank linings and coatings for surfaces subjected to abrasion or splash and spill of corrosive chemicals. Phenoline materials are used for asset protection by every major chemical manufacturer, including the lining of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline.

Phenoline 300 Primer   A heavy duty system designed for chemical splash and spillage service, and the lining of tanks, sumps and pits
Phenoline 300 Finish  
Phenoline 302   Epoxy Phenolic Finish Coat that has abrasion and mixed chemical (acid-solvent or alkali-solvent solutions) resistance
Phenoline 368 WG   Tank lining for high temperature water and crude oil service
Phenoline 373 Finish   A medium build, modified Phenolic tank lining system having excellent broad range chemical resistance
Phenoline 1205   Glass Flake Epoxy Novalac used for lining tanks or pipes in process facilities where hot water solutions or abrasive conditions exist
