DESCRIPTION

The CCW-5013 Deck Coating System consists of a one-part polyurethane Base Coat  and a one-part aliphatic polyurethane Top Coat. The system prevents water from entering occupied space below, protects the surface to which it is applied from damage by water and salts and provides a safe, slip resistant, attractive walking surface. The top coat is available in nine fade resistant colors.

TYPICAL USE

The CCW-5013 System is used for waterproofing concrete balconies, plaza decks, terraces and other areas subject to pedestrian foot traffic.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not apply primer or coatings to a frosty, damp or wet surface.
• Do not proceed with coating application if temperature is below 40ºF or if rain is imminent within 8 hours after application.
• If metal pan is used for concrete form, the pan must be vented. Not for use on grade.
• If deck has a between slab membrane, consult with Carlisle representative.

PACKAGING

CCW-501 Base Coat and CCW-503 Top Coat: 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums.

CCW-501-T Detail Coat: 5 gallon pails

CCW-557 Primer:

2 gallon units=1 gal. Part A+1 gal. Part B

10 gallon units= 5 gal. Part A+5 gal. Part B

ASTM C 957-81

Complies with VOC regulations including SCAQMD 1113.

UL-790 Class A

TOP COAT COLORS

Standard colors are: Stone Gray, Desert Tan, Brick Red, Evergreen, Colonial Gray, Beige and Clear. Nutmeg, Brown, Pacific Blue, White and Custom colors are available by special order.

WARNINGS AND HAZARDS

Before use refer to MSDS for important warnings and safety information. Use only in areas with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing vapors. Keep away from heat and flame. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In the event of skin contact, remove immediately and wash with warm, soapy water. Wear eye protection. Always wash hands before eating.
