INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR CENTURY MARBLE OR CENTURA SOLID SURFACING SHOWER PANS / WALL PANELS

When installing your Century Marble or CENTURA shower pan, it is important to have the floor properly leveled and prepared.

Cut a hole in the sub-floor for drain (approx. 7" x 7"). The 2" PVC riser from drain trap should be cut off approx. even with top of sub-floor surface. N

NOTE: All plumbing connections should be made by a qualified and licensed plumber.

Make certain that the pan does not sit on any foreign objects and that the floor surface is smooth and level. The shower pan should be set level into a mortar bedding to achieve solid contact with floor surface. Use shims if necessary to support the bottom of the pan while mortar cures.

After installation the pan should sit solidly on the floor and not move or rock. Use a level and water test the pan to be certain that the pan will drain properly.

Wall panels on an outside wall, need to be double insulated before installing wall panels.

Mfg. Warranty is not applicable if shower pans are not set in mortar or wall panels are not double insulated on an outside wall.
