| CENTURY MARBLE LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY CENTURY MARBLE CO., INC. the manufacturer, warrants to purchasers of
manufacturer's products that the products manufactured shall be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer
shall only be liable under this warranty if the product is installed and used in a proper
manner as specified by the manufacturer's recommended instructions.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY, AND THE MANUFACTURER SHALL
HAVE NO LIABILITY, UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES.
- The removal or reinstallation of warranted products.
- Damage to products from improper installation or use.
- Damage to products after manufacturer's delivery.
- Cracks or chips in surface, unless caused by defects in
material or workmanship.
- Slight imperfection, warpage, and shade variation in
products.
- Transportation or cartage charges.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Manufacturer shall be liable only for the repair or
replacement, as manufacturer may elect, of any products which shall be returned to
manufacturer, with transportation charge prepaid, and for which examination shall disclose
to manufacturer's satisfaction to have been defective as to material or workmanship,
provided, that manufacturer is notified, in writing of any defect, not later than one year
from date of purchase of the products. Such defective products shall be repaired of
replaced at manufacturer's place of business. Manufacturer shall not be liable for the
cost of installation or removal of its products.
NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR,
REPRESENTATION OR TO ASSUME LIABILITY ON MANUFACTURER'S BEHALF UNLESS MADE OR ASSUMED IN
WRITING BY MANUFACTURER. |
