CUSTOM COLOR SAMPLE
APPROVAL
The enclosed CENTURA custom sample is our rendition of the color
match you have requested. The custom color sample may project a different appearance from
that of larger cast pieces - it is for this reason that we emphasize that custom color
samples are shown for color range only.
Although we can obtain pigments to closely approximate other solid
surfacing materials or to color-coordinate with major manufacturers of bath plumbing
fixtures, laminates, or tiles, we do not represent any of our custom colors as exactly
duplicating any of these. We make every attempt to manufacture your custom as specified,
however custom colors might demonstrate some slight fluctuation in color from batch to
batch.
You should expect that the product manufactured by CENTURA Solid
Surfacing, Inc presents a reasonable blend of the current sample tile we have presented.

I have read the foregoing and understand the variations in the
material mentioned. I agreed not to hold CENTURA Solid Surfacing, Inc. and/or the
authorized Fabricator or Dealer noted below as responsible in the event such
characteristics in my order are found by me to be less desirable than expected.
