DARK COLOR WAIVER
CENTURA Solid Surfacing, Inc produces solid surface materials for
every day use and decorative applications alike. It is our goal that our customers
make an informed decision on which product is right for their application and lifestyle.
Therefore, we believe that knowledge of the benefits and limitations of our product is in
the best interest of everyone.
All solid surfacing material is susceptible to surface scratching.
It has been our experience that scratches are more noticeable in dark colors, and may
require more routine maintenance. Please be advised that routine maintenance is not
covered under out warranty.
Scratches will not permanently damage your CENTURA top. CENTURA's
surface is repairable and cab be restored. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Waiver:
I have read the above information and understand the characteristics
of dark color solid surfacing materials. I agree not to hold CENTURA Solid Surfacing, Inc.
and/or the dealer/fabricator responsible for future surface imperfections due to scratches
appearing on the materials. I further acknowledge that CENTURA Solid Surfacing, Inc. and /
or the dealer/fabricator have advised me of the characteristics of using dark color solid
surfacing materials.
