MOLDED PRODUCT'S COLOR WAIVER
CENTURA Solid Surfacing materials are manufactured to the highest
quality standards. Characteristic to all surfacing materials is uniform consistency
of colors throughout the manufactured products.
CENTURA has determined color consistency in all molded products is
best maintained in solid colors. Therefore, we have certified the performance of all
molded products in solid colors only.
Upon request, CENTURA has manufactured molded components in solid
dark colors and granite colors. Characteristic to solid dark colors and granites
(especially dark color granites) is a future tendency to blush; blushing of dark colors
and granites in molded products is caused by thermal cycling (especially in molded
bowls). Although this thermal cycling does not effect the performance, the blushing
tends to create a white haze over the surface.
Acceptance of a molded component in a dark solid color or granite
color (light or dark background) indicates awareness of the above information.
I have read the foregoing and understand the variation in materials
mentioned. I agree not to hold CENTURA Solid Surfacing Inc, and / or Authorized
Distributors / Certified fabricator / Dealer responsible in the event such characteristics
occur and are determined to be less desirable than expected.
