CUSTOMIZED MODULAR SYSTEMS
CHAMBRAIR offers six (6) modular units are that
are freestanding, and can easily be built-in into any environment allowing a variety of
customized configurations to meet all of your individual storage and serving needs.
our units are named: CAS 1, FAS 2, CAT1, FCAS 2, FKS 2, AND FKT1. The
"CAS" and "CAT" models denote a wine storage/serving unit; other
models beginning with "F" denote our cheese cabinet: "The Fromagair."
A specially designed model called "The ENTREVOIR" (see next page) is also
available, which uses the CAS 1, CAS 2, and FCAS 2 units in wider configuration,
providing front and rear access to doors.
All wine/cheese units can be crafted with, or without,
glass doors; however, all models provide elegant warm furniture for any room. Our
cabinetry can be custom fitted with state-of-the-art lock and bolt systems, which can also
be manufactured to match any existing keys throughout an estate. Decorative or
custom wrought iron grilles can be added to the door frames for a rustic appearance.

Specifications) display exceptionally well with our "De Luxe" style (see next
page).
cornice, profile strips, and connecting strips are also
available in matching finishes, incorporating any modular units into a complete customized
Wine Care System. Decorative fittings of nickel-plate, brass or wrought iron can be
added as required. Whether your Wine Care System is freestanding or built-in, any
number of modular units can provide a custom single-unit appearance. Depending on
the number of modular units initially used, or added in the future, atypical Wine Care
System can shelve 132 to 1440 bottles.
CAS 1 & CAS 2
The CAS 1 and CAS 2 modular cabinets are the backbone
of any custom designed system:
The CAS 1 provides a single controlled
temperature zone for your wine collection, with one (1) glass door for front access. This
unit is typically used for long term storage (one (1) serving temperature can also be
maintained). Capacity: 143 bottles. This unit is featured in the enclosed product

The CAS 2 features two (2) individually
controlled temperature zones with two (2) glass doors for front access. This unit
can be used as two (2) temperature zones for storing and / or serving, providing endless
flexibility. Capacity:66 bottles each zone (132 total bottles). This unit is

The CAS 1 and CAS 2 cabinets come equipped with
UV-free interior lighting and individually controlled temperature systems. Both
units maintain a guaranteed relative humidity of approximately 70%. To further extend
design configurations, the CAS 1 and the CAS 2 are available in half-size tabletop
models, our CAT 1 model, which can either be freestanding or built-in. Unlimited
granite, marble, steel, Dupont Corian™, or solid wood tops are
available. Capacity: 66 bottles. Two of these units are featured as freestanding

top left photo.
FCAS 2 & FKS 2
The FCAS 2 and FKS 2 are special units designed
to accommodate the storage and serving requirements of fine cheeses. Both
"Fromagair" units produce a guaranteed 90-95% humidity level needed to preserve
gourmet cheeses.
The FCAS 2 features two (2) individually controlled
temperature zones and two (2) glass doors for front access, similar to the CAS 2
mentioned above. However, this unit differs by offering two (2) different
humidity zones - one at approximately 70% humidity for wine, other at 90-95% humidity
dedicated to preserving gourmet cheeses. The FCAS 2 allows wines and cheeses to
be accommodated in a single modular unit. Capacity: 66 bottles. Bottles
storage is not permitted in the Fromagair unit. The FCAS 2 is featured in the
