This Fromagair unit features two (2) temperature zones, again like the CAS 2
and the FCAS 2 mentioned above; however this unit differs by offering two (2)
humidity zones at 90-95% humidity for specialty cheeses. Double doors allow access to each
temperature zone. This unit is not depicted in the product catalog. please
contact us for photographs portraying this style. bottle storage is not permitted in
Fromagair units. The FCAS 2 and FKS 2 Fromagair units can either stand separately or
be integrated with any CAS 1 and/or CAS 2 configurations, further extending
system design options. Like the CAT 1, a Fromagair
unit is also available in a half-size table top model, named FKT 1 , which produces a
guaranteed 90-95% level of humidity. This unit can either be freestanding or
built-in. bottle storage is not permitted in the Fromagair unit. Unlimited
granite, marble, steel, DuPont Corian™, or solid wood tops are available. Two

THE ENTREVOIR
The distinguishing feature of the Entrevoir is that the
unit modules are "reach-through" and accessible from both front and back.
this unit can be used as a room divider, integrated into a bar area, or set into a
wall. Any number of modified AS 1, AS 2, and/or CFAs 2 modular units can
be placed together to assemble this configuration. The appearance from the rear is
identical to that of the front, except that the climate controls are only on the front.
The Entrevoir features framed doors (front and back), fluted stripes, molding and
edging, as well as genuine coffered side panels. The doors protrude away from the
cabinet approximately 1/2" (10mm). Dual lighting systems facilitate access from
either side. Because of its unique style, the Entrevoir increases the CAS 1 bottle
capacity to 182 bottles, the CAS 2 to 168 bottles, and the FCAS 2 to 84
bottles. Bottles are not permitted in the Fromagair unit. The Entrevoir is
only made in one depth: Series E at approximately 27-1/2" for two rows of

THE NOUVEAU
Modern interiors benefit from the design
elements found in the Nouveau. these include flush-surface inset doors, smooth
borders, stripes and edges. Side panels are plain and unadorned reflecting the
Nouveau's modern design elements. this styling can be made in two depths:
Series C at approximately 28" for single and double racks (712 mm), or Series D at
approximately 24" for single racks (612mm). this styling is represented in the
product catalog: Page 4, top photo (Cherry finish), featuring a built-in unit with custom
hinges, and again on Page 4, bottom photo (Dark blue high gloss lacquer finish).
this styling is again depicted on Page 6, bottom photo (light gray varnish), and on Page
7, top photo (White lacquer finish) featuring customized door frames and ventilation
grilles.
THE PRIVEE
For sophisticated contemporary lifestyle, the
Privee emphasizes flush-surface inset-framed doors and features smooth highly polished
surfaces with stylishly toned decorative moulding. this style can be made in two
depth: Series C at approximately 28" for single and double racks (712 mm), or
Series D at approximately 24" for single racks (612 mm). Although this model is
not depicted in the product catalog, this styling is identical to the Nouveau; however,
additional stylish toned decorative molding are placed on the door frames surrounding the
