setting. The CAS 1, CAS 2, FCAS 2, FKS 2, CAT 1, and FKT 1 units can be
finished in 18/9 chrome-nickel stainless steel. the CN features 18/9 chrome nickel stainless
steel door(s). The CNG offers the addition of double-glazed, bronze-tinted,
helium-sealed insulated glass door(s). Doors protrude away from the frame.

CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEMS
Each climate-controlled area has its own
system consisting of a heater, encapsulated cooling unit and statically ventilated
condenser. Thanks to an evaporator with permanent air-exchange, hardly any
condensation occurs.
FROMAGAIR CLIMATE CONTROL
A relative humidity of 90-95% is guarant5een
for storing and maturing cheese. Additionally, the ventilation system eliminates almost
all odors in the Fromagair climate-controlled areas. The storage temperature and the
serving temperature in each Fromagair area can be programmed. When the Fromagair
unit is used for the maturing of cheese, any desired temperature can be precisely set.
VENTILATION SYSTEM
Our patented ventilation system is combined
with the lighting system. It prevents any heat from building up in the controlled
temperature areas, and at the same time ensures a continuous exchange of air. the
effective functioning of this system ensures adequate ventilation of the
climate-controlled areas through activated charcoal filters. Our system ensure that
three (3) important conditions are met: (a) Penetration of odors from the outside
environment are prevented, (b) emission of odors from the interior of the cabinet are
prevented, and (c) a relative humidity of approximately 70% is guaranteed in the wine
storage areas.
DOORS
All framed doors are constructed of solid
wood. the interior surface is made of grained 18/9 chrome-nickel stainless steel,
with multi-chamber PVC magnetic seals. Built-in brass locks are available.
Normal closure or safety locks with door knob, as required . Decorative fittings of
nickel-plate, brass or wrought iron as required.
GLAZING
Dual glazed bronze-tinted helium sealed
