LIGHTING

Interior lighting is free from ultra-violet light, non-dazzling and screened by light-conducting prisms.

ELECTRONICS

Unlike many competitors in our industry, our state-of-the-art microprocessors are "standard features," rather than upgrade options. Our Microtronik microprocessor is an electronic marvel that constantly monitors and adjusts the temperature and humidity levels of each temperature zone. These temperature displays are accessible and in plain sight on the front panel of each unit.  A three-level electronic controller enables the desired temperature for each climate-controlled temperature zone to be set between 43°-76°F; desired and actual temperatures are shown on digital LED displays.  Additional switches control the main electricity supply and lighting.  Switches and controls are installed behind a hinged cover flush with the front of the unit, therefore, there is no need to open or look through the cabinet door (wood or glass, respectively) to satisfy any temperature concerns.  This standard feature not only increases temperature stabilization, but also greatly reduces wear and tear on your equipment.

In addition to the electronic temperature sensors, there is a thermal evaporation regulator ensuring precise climate control.  Electrical fitting makes all units ready-to-plug-in (a standard 120-volt, 10 amp electric supply is required).  The switchbox is encapsulated. The Fromagair climate-controlled areas have a two-level electronic controller with a changeover switch for two (2) programmable desired temperatures.  A digital LED display shows desired and actual temperatures.

HOUSING

The outer structure of water-resistant chipboard and solid wood is connected to the inner wall by a filling of rigid polyurethane foam, and together these provide extremely effective insulation.  The outer structure serves as a substrate for genuine wood, veneer, or 18/9 chrome-nickel stainless steel as required.

INTERIOR

The interior construction consists of reflective aluminum with stucco pattern, and multiple profiling lighting and temperature-sensors. There are reinforced fixing points are shelving rails.  All shelving is either powder coated black or stainless steel depending on the finish ordered. Shelving racks can be ordered for standard 750ml., 1.5 liter, champagne, burgundy, or bocksbeutel bottles. Bottles larger than shelving accommodations can be placed inside the units.  Display racks are also available.

CHASSIS

The chassis is made of heavy profiled steel. lacquered and equipped with four (4) nylon casters.  Adjustments can be performed for leveling the unit.  A freestanding unit can be easily moved.  Maintenance and cleaning requirements are easily performed, even when storage is at maximum capacity.  The back of the unit is also accessible.

COMPRESSOR / FITTINGS COMPARTMENT

The compressor and fittings compartment are situated on top of the chassis, open at the back and protected at the front by a plinth which is easily removable. The equipment and switch-boxes are easily accessible. The unit identification plate is located within this area.
