Important notes for installation of the CHAMBRAIR
Modular system!

For the Designer:
The CHAMBRAIR/FROMAGAIR modular system satisfies all the
requirements of individual interior design. The dimensions of the units have been
chosen with a view to optimal efficiency and safety of operation, and the wood and other
finishes will suit all types of interior decor. Units are also supplied without any
side panels, cornices, or finishing strips, and with the surfaces unfinished, so that
interior designers can undertake any decorative treatment they choose. All units are
supplied with side panels for installation against the wall. Units required for free
standing can be supplied with rear cladding. Ventilation is thereby ensured.
When units are built-in, the following must be borne in mind:
1. Units must be so installed that they can be pulled out
at any time for inspection and maintenance. Rigid connections to the wall must be
avoided, so that no structure-borne noise can arise.
2. Every unit has a base panel with ventilation slots.
If this is done away with for reasons of interior design, another opening of
minimum 600 square cm must be provided for the entry of air.
3. where units have a top cover, it must be ensured that an
air exit vent remains free at the rear.
In addition, the air outlets shown on the individual
drawings near the front above the lighting must be kept free.
4. The unit is easiest to use when the door is hinged at
the left. We recommend right-hand hanging only when the unit will not be accessible
from the right-hand side.
5. The De Luxe, Nouveau and Privée ranges should not be
combined with each other. Within each range, however, the series listed can be
combined. different body depth are allowed for in the side cladding.
6. The Entrévoir range includes door both front and back
and is suitable for free-standing use. It can be installed as a room divider or
built into walls so as to give access from two rooms. It fits equally well into bar
area designs. |
