| TECHNICAL OVERVIEW &
SPECIFICATIONS The exterior panels of the
CWT 1200K Wine Climatization Door are constructed of rugged beige/white ABS plastic
with fully insulated compositions. The door hinges either right or left with solid,
chrome plated, commercial grade fittings.
The Chambriar Microtronic Microprocessor unit is located on
the front of the door. The Microtronic houses the power switches, temperature
regulators, and LED display. The desired and actual temperature settings are plainly
visible. Temperature settings are accomplished by the touch of a button. These
features provide convenient and efficient monitoring of the cellar storage area.
All HVAC components are housed inside the CWT 1200K Wine
Climatization Cellar Door™ behind the plastic ABS panel, providing easy accessibility
for service technicians. The compositions used in the constructions of the door provide
proper insulation while reducing noise and heat.
Construction: Steel door frame holds the
main components, clad on both sides with high-quality pressure molded ABS plastic.
Insulation: Styrofoam, FCKW free.
Door Seal: Elastic

Door lock: Sturdy press
lever with integrated cylinder lock; built-in emergency opener on the reverse cellar side.
Temperature: Built-in 'Microtronic'
microprocessor unit operating within one(1) degree Celsius precision.
Humidity: Engineered for automatic
re-circulation and evaporation of condensed water, providing approx. 70% humidity.
Ventilation: Through active charcoal
filters, a twin-chamber air exchange system ventilates air inside/outside the cellar area.
Bacteria: An ultraviolet lamp is placed in
the air stream, eliminating bacteria in the cellar area.
Heating: A heater, within the door unit,
automatically guards against dropping temperatures within the cellar area.
Condensation: Automatic evaporation
system.
Power: 1200 Watts for insulated rooms: 800
cubic feet; non-insulated rooms,400 cubic feet for long term storage at 53.6°F.
These temperatures must not be exceeded in non-insulated rooms due to the
resulting damage that can occur to walls and ceiling caused by excess condensation.
To use the products air-stream/exchange system efficiently, cellar areas should have
a standard inner ceiling height of approximately seven (7) feet tall.
