Radiance Low-E Wall Finish has been independently tested, and poses no eye or skin irritation problems.  It is non-toxic, also proven by independent testing.  The precautions used with Radiance are the same as most latex wall paints.

THE PRODUCT:

Why Won't it work with dark colors?

Does the energy-saving effect wear off after time?

No.  It lasts for the life of the coating and does not lessen with age.
