covering using a primer designed for priming vinyl wall covering.

prime any water spots or stains using an appropriate rinse.

Like James Bond would say, "Shaken, not stirred".
"Shake" Radiance; do not mix with paddle.
Do I need to prime?
You will not normally need to prime if going over
previously painted surfaces. Follow regular precautions. If a surface needs to
be primed, most commercially available primers will work. If in doubt, call Radiance
Technical Services.
How may coats?
Radiance Low-E Wall Finish is a premium latex product, so
one coat is sufficient over previously painted or primed surfaces. Radiance Low-E

porosity. Heavily textured surfaces will be much less.

No. Only one coat is needed. Additional coats will
not increase savings.
