EASY APPLICATION
Radiance can be applied in one coat, over any surface that can be painted
with conventional paint. New surfaces should be properly primed with a latex
primer. It has excellent hiding properties, and goes on smoothly with roller, brush,
or sprayer. Radiance is washable, just like good quality latex paints. And
it's durable, with your savings being returned back to you year after year.

HOW DOES RADIANCE WORK?
Radiant energy travels through the air in waves, and only
when it strikes another object does it actually produce heat. In the winter,
conventional interior paints and insulation absorb radiant energy waves so that a good
deal of the radiant heat is lost to the outside. But Radiance reflects more than 40
percent of the radiant energy back into buildings, making them more comfortable in
winter. In the summer, when the heat tries to enter buildings from the outside, a
home can actually trap heat during the day that continues to warm the building at night,
long after the outside air has cooled down. Radiance acts like a protective barrier,
allowing a smaller percentage of radiant energy to enter a building. This keeps it
cooler and saves energy by not making the air conditioning work as hard. It
also contributes to a healthier environment since less energy is used. |
