Berylex is a compound of inorganic metalics which modifies the gel phase of Portland Cement. The construction trade uses Berylex in Concrete and Mortar for increased durability, economy and flexibility.

Important to all phases of design, construction and economy is the concept of strength and durability. Berylex used in a well designed mix insures the integrity of the cement paste and aggregate to produce a dense. nonporous structure highly resistant to attack by man or nature.
Berylex concrete is used in floors, walls and equipment pads in the food processing, chemical and plating industries. Warehouse floors subject to heavy abrasion and corrosive spills represent an ideal application where the durability of Berylex concrete is easily demonstrated. Topping mixes containing Berylex can be applied to damaged areas and will result in a new surface at a fraction of total replacement cost.
