44-T FORMULA TILE GROUT ADDITIVE

ACRYLIC
FOR SHRINK CONTROL - WATERPROOFING - HIGH BOND STRENGTH

With the biggest percentage of tile setting today being installed without soaking the tiles, many problems have developed: Shrinking grout joints, popouts, cross cracks in wide joints, grout joints powdering out, bad shading on colored joints, little consideration for porcelain type tiles and marble. Lack of damp curing, and not enough expertise, have caused the major portion of all tile failures.

To assure a good shrinkproof, waterproof, stain resistant grout joint, and minimal color shading, we recommend using BERYLEX 44-T formula tile for all grouts in normal temperatures.

ACCORDING TO LABEL INSTRUCTIONS:

1.  Stir contents in container well before diluting.
2.  Add 3 parts water to 1 part 44 -T and stir again.
3.  Use only this solution as the wetting agent for any factory or job prepared grout mix and stir.
4.  Add just enough solution for good grout workability.
5.  Let stand for 15 minutes then remix.
6.  On high porosity tiles, pre-wet prior to grouting.
7.  BERYLEX 44-T will in no way affect normal grouting.
8.  Damp cure to assure a sense of a non-shrinking grout joint.

BERYLEX 44-T formula tile regular is formulated with BERYLEX Liquid Concentrate tile to assure density and hardness under strict quality control.
