INTRODUCTION

My name is Lee A. Ruhn, owner of Classic Designs, a New Dealer Development & Distribution Center for "ETURA" solid surface materials. "ETURA" is the brand name of a Solid Surface product manufactured in SW Florida with additional, new state of the art facilities under construction in Seaman, Ohio. The new plant is slated for production early in 1999. The rapidly growing company has been around for more than I I years and is quickly becoming a major supplier to the solid surface industry.

"ETURA'S" quick acceptance can be attributed to its production of a high quality product which is available to fabricators in flat stock lengths and widths often to the exact inch of the job requirements. The flat stock is further complemented by a vast line of custom modular components for Vanities, Kitchen Decks, Serving Ledges, Islands & Peninsulas available to the nearest inch of the project measurements. All custom components are manufactured with sturdy seamless edges and ends of 1 2 thickness by 2 " depth on the majority of the items.

The savings in time, tool wear, adhesive used, labor, and  is huge. This translates into a faster turn around on each job and the ability to offer more competitive bids. Some jobs are incredibly simple and the majority require a great deal less effort to get into the job site than old fashioned flat stock fabrication methods.

"ETURA" has had outstanding results with ANSI tests showing it to be superior to competition when comparing things like Flexure Tensile Strength 8400 PSI, Hardness 62 Barcol, Impact Resistance, Thermal Heat Distortion Temp 226 F, Fracture Tests 37" '/213all Drop, and Dimensional Stability.
