TWENTY-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
For a period of twenty years from
date of purchase, Etura Solid Surfaces warrants to the original purchaser that it's solid
surface products will be free from manufacturing defects and fit for the purpose intended
when installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Any Etura product found to be defective by an authorized Etura representative will be
repaired or replaced free of charge, including reasonable labor charges.
This warranty does not apply to products moved from their original installation or
products that have been modified, damaged or abused (physical, chemical, or thermal).
Etura Solid Surfaces shall have no liability for incidental or consequential damages
caused, in whole or in part by any defect. Some states do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply
to you.
This warranty gives you specify legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from
state to state.
To obtain service under this warranty, write or phone Etura Solid Surfaces or your local
Etura Distributor. Include proof of purchase with a description of the problem, model
number and your name and address. This warranty may be
transferred by notifying Etura in writing of the new owner. Etura will send care
instructions to keep the warranty in force.
