Field Services

Containment Solutions Services (CSS) maintains a national field service organization. All CSS field personnel are 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER trained and OSHA confined space entry trained.

Underground Storage Tank Services:

• Warranty Extension Services include our exclusive Ten Year Extended Tank Upgrade and Tank Recertification which are both cost effective and environmentally conscious alternatives to the purchase of a new tank in certain applications.

• Tank Modification such as collar addition and watertight sump retrofit are available as well as modifying single compartment tanks to double or triple compartment tanks.

• OWS Cleaning Services provides cleanout of your existing OWS in the field to minimize effluent discharge levels and maintain performance of the OWS.

• Tank Reconditioning and Warranty Extension include inspection, painting, and testing of aboveground tanks and accessories to maximize tank life and minimize the cost of maintenance.

• Hazcheck^® Permitting Services allows you to be operational as quickly as possible by providing operating permits on any aboveground tank installation project.

• Construction Management may also be provided by CSI for aboveground applications in addition to the Hazcheck Permitting Service.

ReTank^™ Systems (Fiberglass) is an on-site retrofit system for existing fiberglass or steel single-wall tanks which allows you to convert any CSI (or Owens Corning, 0/C Tanks) single-wall tank into a UL listed hydrostatically monitored double-wall tank. It also allows you to go into existing steel tanks and build UL fiberglass single-wall tanks inside without removing the tanks from the ground! Both ReTank systems carry a 30-year structural and corrosion warranty.

ReTank^™ Systems (Steel) is an in-situ method of upgrading existing underground and basement tanks into steel storage tanks designed to UL 142 standards. CSI vault sections are lowered into existing facilities, including concrete vaults, and basements, and then welded in place and tested.
