	After an exhaustive materials review, Corian® was selected for wall cladding in 16 operating theaters, a cystoscopy procedure room and a trauma O.R.  Because Corian® is nonporous and can be hardseamed, there are no open joints or microcaviites to harbor pathogens.
And the inevitable dings and impacts that result from the frantic pace of equipment, gurneys and people through the space are easily repaired. This is the largest hard-seamed installation of Corian® in the world.
