Hospitality to Go
(1) Five-sided, reinforced concrete room modules are cast to precise tolerances, within 1/16-inch on diagonal measurement. (2,3) Plumbing, electrical, tile, installation of CORIAN^® surfaces and other prefinishing are completed in E. J. Del Monte Corporation’s 140,000- square-foot plant in Rochester, New York. (4) Modules are erected by crane. Their structural integrity allows them to be stacked as high as 30 stories.

Two modules serving four hotel rooms can be
loaded onto a single tractor trailer for fast,
economical delivery to the construction site.

Floating Palaces
The Delcrete system has been used to build a number of hotels around the world. A 440-room Hyatt Regency was manufactured in the USA and shipped by boat for erection in Macau, China.
