Patented, precision casting methods allow CORIAN^® fabrications to slip into place without scribing or fitting. "We do our own thermoforming of CORIAN^®. If we couldn’t thermoform, our costs for those components would be triple," Del Monte says. "We like the clean look of CORIAN^®. Prior to using CORIAN^®, we cast our own vanities out of reconstituted marble. Today, we’ve got a lot of rooms that we’re going to have to retrofit in CORIAN^®."

Life at the Top
Ernest Del Monte is developing guest room furniture with CORIAN^®. "What happens when the room looks tired in five years? You can’t afford to replace it," Del Monte says. "With CORIAN^®, we can get ten or twelve years out of our furniture. Maybe more."
