COMMUNITY IMPACT
In a highly visible redevelopment area of Portland, this structure has helped to stimulate the neighborhood and stabilize the area providing community services and opportunities. Its appeal and economies have spurred other regional Goodwill offices to consider new tilt-up concrete designs.

BUILDING EFFICIENCY
Windows, clerestories and skylights were combined to provide fresh and lively interior spaces. Dramatic daylighting at the entries eliminated artificial lighting during most daylight hours. Skylights are used to accent interior nodes in corridors.
