They can be used with any forced air system, and are available in slip-in, flange mount, bottom/top mount or remote panel type installations. Chromel AA Grade Wire can be used with operating temperatures ranging up to 2,150 degrees F. This wire is highly resistant to "green rot" (intergranular oxidation), sulfur, chlorine, taconite dust (corrosive dust in ore mines) etc. These heaters are also excellent for use in coastal areas, where heavy salt-air content corrodes equipment easily.
