TRIM REMOVAL
REFLECTOR REMOVAL
METHOD 1: PULL DOWN
Friction clips often hold reflectors, pulling down on trim will remove them
METHOD 2: UNSCREW
A lamp reflectors may be held in place by two screws. Loosening will remove trim
CONE REMOVAL
METHOD 1: PULL DOWN
Friction clips often hold cones, pulling down on trim will remove them
METHOD 2: UNHOOK
Coil springs are a common way to hold trims, simply unhook and pull out of ceiling
LENS REMOVAL
METHOD 1: PULL DOWN
Remove Torsion springs by pinching springs together and pull out of slot.
METHOD 2: UNHOOK
Some lens trims have slots that remove by pushing up on trim and twist to release.
