WELLPOINT PUMPS
are available in standard sizes from 4" (100mm) thru 10" (250mm). Standard units
are equipped with the multi-vac system which uses 2 vacuum pumps for reliable priming and
operation. One vacuum pump is capable of operating the system if failure occurs. Vacuum
pumps can be quickly replaced in the field.
VACUUM ASSISTED TRASH PUMPS
are available in standard sizes from 4" (100mm) to 12" (305mm). Standard units
are equipped with a single vacuum pump.
TRASH PUMPS are
available in standard sizes from 4" (100mm) to 12" (305mm).
HIGH PRESSURE JET PUMPS
are available in standard sizes from 3" (76mm) to 6" (152mm).
All pumps are available either skid mounted with or without
a fuel cell or trailer mounted. These units can be powered by gas, diesel, or electric
motors.
Features on all standard Complete Wellpoint
dewatering pumps:
- High efficiency air/water separation tank of
welded steel with automatic peeler valve assembly.
- Special fuel filtration system to remove
dirt and water from diesel fuel.
- Steel lifting bale for easy handling.
- Flexible coupling between drive shaft and
pump shaft for easy replacement of vacuum pump belts.
- Dual vacuum pump, "Multi-Vac
System" with continuous oil lubrication and reclaimer systems.
- Built-in oil intercooler and relcaimer on
vacuum system.
- Automatic flapper discharge valve.
- Standard design of pump and chassis for easy
maintenance and replacment for sub-assemblies from stock.
10" (250mm) Diesel Powered
Dewatering Pump
10 inch (250mm) centrifugal pump, grey iron type 30 volute,
enclosed bronze impeller, double grease lubricated seal with spring loaded grease cap,
replaceable bronze seal liner, two single-row type ball bearings, hardened steel impeller
shaft, replaceable bronze wear ring. Mounted on steel skid chassis* with fuel cell and
lifting bale.
