THE PLASTIC FILTER SCREEN COMPLETE WELLPOINT*

Part # 304

Precision slotting of PVC plastic pipe creates a wellpoint screen which allows maximal water flow with minimal passage of fine material. The screen is self-cleaning by reverse flushing during jetting. The PVC wellpoint screen totally eliminates clogging due to corrosion, or deterioration by electrolytic action.

THE COMPLETE SANDING CASTING AND PUNCH Part # 420

If cohesive soil conditions (requiring installation of the wellpoints inside a sand column for proper water flow), or hardpan layers are encountered, or if a sand drain column is to be installed, the sanding casing is the device that solves the problem. Swung from a crane and connected to a jetting pump with jetting hose, the casing goes into the ground by a combination of high pressure water jetting and a "lift and drop" action by the crane. Water from the jetting nozzles at the tip of the casing clear the casing of soil and clay by flowing it out the top of the casing. Once the casing is installed to subgrade, the wellpoint is placed down the center and the casing is filled with sand. The casing is then lifted out of the ground, leaving the wellpoint encased in sand. The sanding casing easily penetrates stubborn strata and achieves perfect wellpoint and sand drain installation in the toughest soil conditions.

A steel drop punch is also available which will penetrate thin, soft rock or clay strata layers to allow water to drain to the level of the wellpoint from upper layers.

DISCHARGE PIPE Part # 218
1 & 2 BOLT COUPLINGS Part # 219

Complete PVC discharge pipe, built to the same specifications as header pipe, is light, rugged and will neither corrode nor deteriorate. Discharge pipe and fittings are available for all pump output sizes.

The one-bolt and two-bolt coupling for discharge pipe provides a secure outlet which will not blow apart under normal pump pressure, and is leak free and simple to connect.

PIPE PULLER
Part # 314

This fitting, attached to a crane or other lifting mechanism, makes removal of the installed wellpoint a quick and simple job. The bracket simply slips under the welltop, the locking gate securing pin is positioned, and the wellpoint and riser pipe are then lifted straight out of the ground. The puller releases with a one-hand operation and is ready for use on the next wellpoint.

EASY TO CLEAN

Complete's plastic header pipe will not corrode. Cleaning is a simple matter of wiping with a damp cloth. PVC pipe never requires chipping, scraping, scaling or painting.

JET FITTING
Part # 313

Connected to the high pressure jetting hose from the jetting pump, the jet fitting makes setup for 'jetting in' the wellpoints a simple operation. The "O" Ring equipped jet fitting pushes into the Complete welltop on the wellpoint/riser assembly and a spring-secured bracket slips under the welltop to provide a leakfree pressure connection of the wellpoint riser pipe to the jet pump. When the wellpoint is jetted in, the bracket is swung clear and the jet fitting pulled from the welltop, for use on the next wellpoint. No tools are required.

INTERCHANGEABLE COMPONENTS

The component parts of Complete's all plastic wellpoint system can be adapted and interchanged with any steel pipe system to update and modernize it.

HEADER SUPPORT
Part # 311

Designed simply to make the header line self supporting by utilizing the strength of the riser pipes, a safety precaution in sheer cut areas and valleys.

*The Complete wellpoint screen is available in stainless steel on special order.
