300 WATER-BASED SILOXANE VOC COMPLIANT
Diedrich 300 Series Water Repellents are VOC compliant, water-based,
penetrating, breathable polysiloxane materials, specially formulated for use
on sandstone, pre-cast and concrete surfaces where surface darkening is
unacceptable, Diedrich 300 Series Water Repellents reduce bonding of
airborne dirt and hydrocarbons; water damage caused by freeze/thaw cycles
is reduced. provides protection against efflorescence and exhibits excellent
resistance to ultraviolet rays.
303 WATERPROOFING PRESERVER
Preserver 303 is a penetrating preservative resin and volatile thinner type
repellent that contains 10% solids by weight and is formulated for vertical
flood coat application on brick, stone, stucco and concrete block and wood. It
works by deeply penetrating the masonry surface and repelling rainwater,
while allowing internal water vapor to escape. It also fills the hairline cracks in
mortar joints and where mortar and masonry meet. With siloxane temperature
extenders added for year around (cold weather) application.
303HD HEAVY DUTY WATERPROOFING PRESERVER
303HO Heavy Duty contains more solids, (15%) for better sealer application,
This product passed the ASTM E-514 water permeance test with a class E
rating (highest possible) eliminating all water penetration in the masonry.
(These simulated hurricane force test conditions were equivalent to 5 112
inches of rain per winds for a period of 72 hours.)
303-S SILEXSEAL SILOXANE WATER REPELLENT
Diedrich 303-S Series Products are formulated to protect against the
intrusion of moisture that causes efflorescence, leaching, mildew,
atmospheric staining and freeze/thaw spalling. The 303-S Series has an
excellent resistance to the detrimental effects of acid rain, alkalis, and carbon
buildups. 303-S products are ideal for applications to concrete flatwork,
parking ramps, stadiums and vertical concrete surfaces because the
migration of chloride ions through the cement Is reduced, thus reducing the
corrosion and deterioration of rebars in reinforced concrete, Diedrich 303-S
Series Products are formulated for low-pressure spray application to
masonry, concrete, stucco, sandstone, etc. Available in 7%, 10% and 15%
siloxane solids. LIMITATIONS: May not be suitable for application to some
types of natural stone, limestone and marble. May not be suitable for surfaces
to receive surface paints or coating; always test for compatibility apply above
400 F.
333 OMEGASEAL WATER REPELLENT
The split face block sealer with heavy duty solids. Year round application at
20° F and above. The Diedrich 333 Omegaseal Series of water repellents
provides hydrophobic protection to masonry surfaces through the formation of
a semi-permeable membrane. This flexible membrane remains intact through
thermal movement of the masonry, rejects water in the solid state and allows
for moisture vapor transmission. The unique blend of silicone polymers
provides maximum resistance to destruction from ultraviolet light and acid
rain. ANTI-GRAFFITI SYSTEM: The 333 OMEGASEAL System functions very
well for graffiti protection, The membrane protects against penetration of most
common materials used by vandals. When a protected surface has been
attacked, either Diedrich 505 Paint Stripper or Diedrich 606 Paint Remover,
assisted by high pressure water will remove the offensive markings. Multiple
removals with the Diedrich 505 Stripper may be possible without
reapplication. When the area begins to show signs of water absorption, it is
appropriate to reapply the 333 Omegaseal.
Diedrich product containers are marked with small stickers bearing the
following inscription:
"WATER SOLUBLE - BIODEGRADABLE"

EPA AND DNR REQUIREMENTS
Neither Diedrich product will significantly alter the B. 0. D. and C. 0. D.
(biological and chemical oxygen demand) levels in water at user levels.
As the chemical softens paint and loosens dirt, the pH begins to buffer
With the heavy volume of water (4-8 gallons per minute) delivered by the
pressure washer, there is a further dilution resulting in a reduced pH
range. When it reaches the sewer system in this diluted form, the
product is further neutralized to the point that the normal incoming pH
effluent should prevail.
Although the product is not intended for use on trees or shrubs, in over
25 years' experience diluted contact has not been known to cause
substantial or permanent damage to soil or root systems. More detailed

disposal of Diedrich Acid, Caustic and Solvent masonry cleaners and paint
removers safe. Diedrich 's three new Neutra-Soak products (A, C & S) will
prove invaluable in meeting EPA, DNR and City Health Department
guidelines and/or regulations. These products address 21st century
environmental concerns.
