Only products previously tested as an operating system to the allowable industry tolerances for manufacturing and field installation, equal to
the ETC Laboratories #100 shall be deemed acceptable. ETC Labs, Rochester N.Y. 716-328-7668 FAX: 716-328-7777. Substitutions to this
Performance Based Specification are not acceptable. Any opening which allows light to pass the frame perimeter (exclusive of door bottom),
per the ETC 96-100-2 shall be rejected by Quality Assurance.

NOTE:
Project architect and owner shall determine need and / or requirement for sealing and / or securing at bottom of door at appropriate locations.
Should the need for a security door bottom be required "Secur-A-Seal"™ by DHSI, as tested to the ETC 100 as a Grade 1 is acceptable.
Only a manufacturer with a formal Construction Management Field Support Services Program shall be qualified. The "Quiet Latch Sealing
