APPLICATION: Ideal for apartment and condominium corridor doors. Office doors, and closet storage and service room doors or wherever selfclosing doors are required. Perfect for use on all types of commercial metal and wood doors including label fire doors.
ADJUSTABLE SPRING TENSION: Positive easily adjustable.
Wide range of power adjustments. Strong tension could be increased or decreased during or after installation. Requires only one person to adjust.
NONE-HANDED: Reversing for right or left hand application.
PERFORMANCE: Looks and performs like a concealed bearing spring acting hinge.
TEMPLATE: Identically same template as regular plain or ball bearing full mortise hinges. Can be used on doors combined with regular hinges
CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES: Available in six popular finishes. Anti-friction bearing takes both vertical and lateral loads. Time proven coil spring design. Strong foul-proof construction as easy to install and adjust as old style spring hinges.
