DG-111-A offers excellent energy conservation and low cost for fast payback in new construction and full replacement renovation. Patented PCSS and foam sandwich panels framed in aluminum feature thermal breaks, R-values from 5.7 to 15 and light transmission of up to 65%. Options include double-sealed awning or hopper openers glazed with double-pane glass or DG-111, security panels, explosion blow-out sections. Custom-designed and pre-engineered for each installation.

RENOVATION RESULTS

DG-11 overglazing systems install over existing old, inefficient windows to ensure energy savings by reducing solar glare and air infiltration while transmitting up to 77% of the natural light. R-values over 5. No demolition, no downtime. Patented panels are PCSS bonded with polyethylene foam, framed in aluminum.
