Patented PCSS and foam sandwich panels framed in aluminum
feature thermal breaks, R-values from 5.7 to 15 and light
transmission of up to 65%. Options include double-sealed awning
or hopper openers glazed with double-pane glass or DG-111,
security panels, explosion blow-out sections. Custom-designed and
pre-engineered for each installation.
RENOVATION RESULTS
DG-11 overglazing systems install over existing old, inefficient
windows to ensure energy savings by reducing solar glare and air
infiltration while transmitting up to 77% of the natural light. R-values
over 5. No demolition, no downtime. Patented panels are PCSS
bonded with polyethylene foam, framed in aluminum. Systems are
custom-designed to incorporate visibility and ventilation you

LOW-COST DURABILITY
DG-I is a good-looking, economical alternative for full replacement
and overglazing in applications where insulation isn't needed, yet
greater visibility is desired. Twin-walled PCSS in aluminum framing.
NEW! VERSATILITY IN VINYL
DG-111-V system for full replacement and new construction is
thermally broken and weather-tight. Rigid interlocking vinyl frames
eliminate air and water infiltration yet require no caulk or sealant.
Foam filters prevent insect and dust penetration yet allow water
weepage. Installs from interior or exterior of building. R-values from
5.7 to 10 and light transmission of up to 65%.
