Eckel offers extensive capabilities in the design, manufacture, and installation of special noise control systems for auditoriums, coliseums, expositions halls, mass transit stations, and any other facility requiring custom acoustic treatment and materials.

Our computer-aided-design equipment and software programs for reviewing existing acoustical conditions within facilities assist architects and engineers in selecting the amount and type of acoustical treatments required to achieve the desired acoustic environment.

Features

Perforated sheet metal facings are available in aluminum or steel of three different types; 22 ga standard perforated, .032 embossed aluminum and 24 ga textured aluminum or steel. Five patterns are offered in widths up to 48" and lengths to 10' 0". Trim accessories include 2" or 4" deep "J", "U" and "C" channels. Acoustic filler will be 1.5 lb cu/ft sealed in 1.5-2 mil flameguard poly 30" wide.

Perforated facings are ideal for continuous wall and ceiling applications where full surface coverage is required. Facings are available finished with standard white paint, special colors, and mil finish aluminum.
