The 4" and 6" steel wheels are manufactured by a computer controlled Lathe machine and made from solid, cold rolled steel that is heat treated.  These wheels are designed for high traffic commercial sliding gate track applications.  They can be used on used on heavy gates and never require any  maintenance (there are no grease fittings).  The Power Wheel 2 is 30% more efficient in torque transfer from wheels to operator than other wheels such as cast iron or plastic and because it's heat treated it is resistant to normal wear and tear.   The choice for your high traffic gates is simple...
