Architectural Hardware

Some unique deck designs and architectural applications such as trellises, fences, canopies, diagonal supports, etc. may require special fittings and cables other than those found on the standard prefabricated 1/8" diameter CableRail™ assemblies. Within this catalog you will find a wide assortment of stainless steel cable, turnbuckles and end fittings designed to satisfy those unique conditions. Plus, if you are looking for something not listed in the catalog or if you ever have any questions or need help designing or installing your assemblies, please call our too free information and assistance number, 1-800-888-2418. Also be sure to visit our web site at http://www.cablerail.com.

Important Note: For hand railings we recommend spacing the cables no more than 3 inches apart and having a post or vertical support at least every 3 feet. However, building codes vary by city & county and this recommended spacing may not comply with codes in all areas. Therefore, before starting your projects, be sure to consult your building department on local requirements for using and installing cable railings.
