DRY RUN PROTECTION: |
| Detects dry run condition in
empty storage tank and automatically shuts pump off. Condition is indicated by flashing
red light. Manual reset button is depressed when tank is refilled. |

extends motor life by eliminating this frequent cause of premature motor failure. |

EASY RETROFIT: |
| Is compatible with single phase
1/3, 3/4 or 1-1/2 HP FE Petro or competitive make submersible pumps. |

| Retrofitting
existing stations is as simple as replacing the existing control box with the STP-SC and
pressing the reset button to allow the controller to automatically "learn" the
electrical characteristics of the pump. |

FEATURE |
EXTENDED PUMP RUN DETECTION: |
| Automatically shuts pump off
after 60 minutes or running with no pumping activity. |
BENEFIT |
|
- Since all mechanical and most electronic line leak detection
systems require that the submersible pump be shut off to perform a line leak test, this
feature assures the pump will shut off to enable the leak detection device the opportunity
to test for line leaks.
- Indicates fault in dispenser on/off control signal to
submersible.
- Extends motor life by protecting the motor from continuous
running conditions that cause needless wear on motor bearings.

MASTER/SLAVE OPERATION: |
| Provides "on demand"
automatic pump start of up to 16 submersible pumps manifolded to the same discharge line.
Master pump starts under low demand, and additional pumps are started as needed as demand
increases. Note: Auto start feature is functional on 3/4 and 1-1/2 HP only. |

- Reduced power consumption and extends pump life by running
only the number of pumps needed to meet the current demand of open nozzles.
- Improves flow rates during busy periods by automatically
starting additional pump(s) on demand.

FEATURE |
ALTERNATING PUMP CONTROL: |
| In manifolded pumping systems,
controllers continually alternate the lead pump. |
BENEFIT |
|
- Provides for equal wear of all pumps in the manifolded
system by alternating the lead pump on every start cycle.
- In the event of a pump failure, the other pumps in the
manifolded system continue to operate normally, providing a backup system and avoiding
shut down of that grade of product.
