SOME FEATURES OF THE FLEETWOOD SERIES 1000

STAINLESS STEEL TRACK  A Heavy gauge stainless steel track snaps into the recess of the threshold and assures smooth rolling and durability.

HARDWARE  The latch is a high security triple-action mortise type latch. The inside handle is a bIend of hard- wood and aluminum.

GLAZING  The glazing capacity is 5/8" for insulated glass, or you may select single glass in 3/16" or 1/4". (Also available K/D, no glass.)

TANDEM WHEELS   Each panel rolls effortlessly on 11/2" steel tandem rollers which are pre-lubricated and sealed for life.

DELUXE SCREENS  Strong, durable, hat shaped extruded aluminum screen frames are standard.

OPTIONAL HIGH-WATER THRESHOLD  When added water protection is required, you may specify the High- Water sill which has an inside leg of 2".

OPTIONAL FLUSH THRESHOLD  For interior applications, or those jobs that do not require weather protection, the 1/2" high flush threshold is availabIe. Note: This track is not weather tight.

CHOICE OF TWO FRAMES   The 51/2 " frame is designed for frame-and-stucco construction. The 35/8" frame is ideal for masonry, and finished openings.

HOLLOW LOCK STILE  Incorporates a leading edge for a better seal and better security.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION   The Fleetwood Series 1000 is designed for Commercial and Luxury Residential projects where the U-valve requirements are not demanding enough to require a thermally broken product. An optional version of the Series 1000 also qualifies as Heavy Commercial.

I. AAMA: SGD C-25 to SGD HC-40
II. ENERGY: California Default U-values ranges from .72 to .77 (5/8" I.G.)
III. SOUND: STC 29 to STC 31
IV. SECURITY: Tested to the standards of AAMA 1303.5, California Model Building Security Ordinance California Uniform Building Security Code, L.A. City Building Code

NOMINAL 8' HEIGHT:  The above doors are also available in a nominal 8' height.   The exact height is 95 1/2".  (The glass height then becomes 90").
ROUGH OPENING:  Add 1/2" to exact size of height and width.   When working with a finished opening, the rough opening will likely vary.
*OXO(L) as listed means that the latch is on the left side of the center panel when the door is in the closed position, outside looking in.  The OXO(R) is opposite hand.  XOO and OOX are available.  The net width is 1" higher than the OXO.
**XOOX is also available.  The width is 1 3/4" wider than the OXXO.
