Product Information
Chrome plated brass shells are stamped from special alloy brass strip, highly polished and plated with copper, double nickel and chrome coatings to meet commercial and government standards.  Stainless steel shells are stamped from corrosion resistant stainless steel, highly polished for chrome-like appearance.  Projecting parts are die cast from highest quality virgin zinc alloy (zamak) to meet ASTM standard B-86, highly polished and plated with copper, double nickel and chrome coatings.  Grab bar tubing is of seamless chrome plated brass or polished or satin stainless steel.  Removable soap trays are of tough styrene copolymer.

Permanent Soap Holders
A permanently attached chrome plated brass or polished or stain stainless steel soap holder (for 650 series) can be ordered in place of the removable plastic tray regularly furnished.  Add "MX" to catalog number.  Permanent soap holders are available on all recess lines on special order basis - no returns allowed.

Recess Installation Aids
All recess items are furnished with wood screws for standard installations.  For special installations the following aids are available:

Recess Wall Clamps for screw type installations - when backing/framing is not available.  Ideal for existing walls.

600R, 600BR, 850R for conventional type installations - machine screws secure clamp to back side of front wall.  For chrome and stainless steel recess order 600R.  For antique and polished brass order 600 BR.  For 850 recess items order 850R.

601R, 601BR speedy set type installations - compression of steel spring on back wall holds clamp against back side of front wall.  For chrome and stainless steel recess order 601R.  For antique and polished brass finishes order 601BR.

For Tile Installations
Tile type for cement/mortar/mud-in installations.
