METALASTIC® Pre-Flashed Accessories

Description
METALASTIC Pre-Flashed Accessories are one-piece roofing detail assemblies that can be used for both modified and built-up roofing systems. Factory pre-flashing with either a RUBEROID® Mop or RUBEROID® Torch membrane means guaranteed high quality and labor savings during installation. Pre-flashed design also ensures a positive, waterproof seal, resulting in fewer callbacks and a neat, consistent appearance for all penetrations.

Standard Vent

One-piece spun aluminum design eliminates seams. Used to waterproof vent pipes and other roofing protrusions. Single size will fit many different pipe sizes. Comes in 5" and 9" diameters. Also available in 12" and 14" diameter on special order. Packaging: 5" vents come six per box; 9" vents come five per box.		 Plumbing Vent

Can be used as a pipe cover to replace finger and cap flashing on standard vent pipe details. Makes a quick and effective repair for cracked or leaky pipe flashing on existing roofs. Product is manufactured from 2-1/2 lb. or 4 lb. lead. Both are 12" tall with standard boot sizes of 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4", 5", and 6". Custom orders or unusual details can be designed and fabricated by our custom fabrication shop.

Adjustable Vent

Two-piece unit made with a spun aluminum base and flexible upper boot. Allows for waterproofing of tall or awkward roof protrusions. Comes in 6", 8", and 14" diameters.
Packaging: 6" vents come six per box.

One-Way Vent

One-piece spun aluminum design eliminates seams. Contains a neoprene valve that allows moisture vapor to escape out of the roof deck system without allowing moisture to enter through the valve. Comes in 4" diameter.
Packaging: five vents per box.
Pitch Pan

Allows for watertight enclosure of difficult flashing areas including guide wires, antennas, sign supports, and equipment stands. Can be used as a buffer to isolate and protect the field membrane from sharp or high wear items on the roof, or as a retrofit pan to repair/replace leaking detail flashing areas. Two-piece metal design is 6" wide by 6" deep by 4" high. Custom sizes available.

Spun aluminum or copper design, with gravel guard, strainer caps, and water-proofing plumbing seal attached. Comes in whole and half-inch sizes from 1-1/2" to 6". Whole-sized drains can be used on new construction and directly attached to new plumbing with a flexible coupling. Half-sized drains can be used as retrofit drains by inserting a drain sized 1/2" smaller than the drain pipe being fitted.

Scupper

Designed for easy installation to accommodate through-wall draining. Built to work with a 4-1/2" cant strip where the wall and roof intersect. Non-canted models available on special request. Scupper inserts are available for retrofit applications.
