Control Joints

Description

One-Piece. Consists of a 50' length of 12" B/W flashing with factory-attached foam stem. They are installed over joints of roof insulation or cracks in existing roofs to relieve stress on the membrane in cold weather.

Two-Piece. Consists of five 10' lengths of 4" B/W flashing with a specified length foam stem attached, plus 50' of B/W flashing 12" wide that is installed over the stem and stripped into the roof on the edges. The stem is 3/4" longer than the thickness of the insulation and the membrane. This product is made to order.

Uses

In new construction and reroofing, products are used to relieve stress on the membrane between expansion joints. In roofing maintenance, they are used to repair cracks and splits in the membrane.

Solar Drain

Description

*Solar Roof Drain. Powered by the sun heating or cooling the dome which creates a vacuum causing a siphoning action that removes ponding water through a pick up station to an existing drain.

Lexsuco Clips

Description

Lexsuco clips secure roof insulation boards to 18 to 22 gauge steel roof decks. The three sizes (2-3/8", 3-5/8", 4-5/8") secure roof insulation from 7/16" to 3-5/8" thick. They are sold loose with plastic plates, or metal discs. They are driven through the insulation into the steel deck with a rubber mallet.
