One-Piece, pre-flashed, roofing detail assemblies that can be used with modified and built-up roofing systems.

METALASTIC® Pre-Flashed provides vents for roofing protrusions, for moisture vapor release, in addition to drains, pitch pans, plumbing vents and scuppers.

METALASTIC® Pre-Flashed accessories are flashed with either an APP modified bitumen (for use with torch applied membranes) or an SBS modified bitumen (for use on built-up roofs, mop applied SBS modified and SBS adhesive applications.



DESCRIPTION
A Metalastic Pre-Flashed Standard Vent is a spun aluminum vent, pre-primed and pre-flashed with RUBEROID® modified bitumen membrane.

Metalastic Standard Vents are designed to waterproof Plumbing vent pipes and other roofing protrusions (not to be used for heater or furnace venting.

A single size Standard Vent will fit many different size pipes. Metalastic Vents come in two stock sizes, 5 in. (127 mm), 9 in. (229 mm). Custom 12 in. (304.8 mm) and 14 in. (355.6 mm) Metalastic Vents are also available.

Metalastic Vents are flashed with either APP or SBS modified bitumen membranes, smooth or colored granule surfaces, to accommodate most built-up and modified bitumen roofing projects.

Packaging: Five inch vents, six per box; nine inch vents, 5 per box

RECOMMENDED USES
Metalastic Vents can be used as a cap flashing on standard vent pipe details.

Metalastic Vents make a quick and effective repair for cracked or leaky pipe flashing on existing roofs.

Standard Metalastic Vents serve well as a two-way breather vent allowing ventilating on both inside and outside the roofing system.

DESCRIPTION
A Metalastic Pre-Flashed Adjustable Vent is a two piece roof flashing unit consisting of a flexible upper boot and a spun aluminum base pre-flashed with RUBEROID modified bitumen membrane.

Metalastic Adjustable Vents allow for waterproofing of tall or awkward roof protrusions (not to be used for heater or furnace venting).

Metalastic Adjustable Vents are 6 in. (152 mm) in diameter, 8 in. (203.2 mm) and 14 in. (355.6 mm) in diameter. All are 6 in. high.

Pre-Flashed Adjustable Vents are flashed with either APP or SBS modified bitumen membranes, smooth or colored granule surfaces, to accommodate most built-up and modified bitumen roofing projects.

Packaging: Packaging: Six inch Pre-Flashed Adjustable Vents are packed six per box.

RECOMMENDED USES
Waterproofs the union of tall pipes, over twelve inches high with the roof membrane.

ADVANTAGES

Accommodates up to 12 in. (304.8 mm) diameter pipe that penetrates the roof.

    8 in. and 14 in. - EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Rubber cap, with Stainless Steel banding clamp. Non-reinforced SBS target.
