DESCRIPTION
Metalastic Pre-Flashed Drains are spun aluminum or copper roof drains with gravel guard, strainer caps and water-proofing plumbing seal attached.

Each Drain is pre-flashed with either RUBEROID^® Torch or RUBEROID^® Mop smooth surface modified bitumen membranes, and are available in full and insert sizes to accommodate new construction and   retrofit applications.

Two inch, (50.8 mm), 3 in. (76.2 mm), and 4 in. (102 mm) Metalastic Drains, aluminum and copper, are listed by the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC), file #3299.

Packaging: three pre-flashed Drains per box.

RECOMMENDED USES
Whole sized Metalastic Drains (2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 inch) can be used on  new construction and directly attached to new plumbing with a  flexible coupling.

Half-inch sized Metalastic Drains (1-1/2, 2-1/2, 3-1/2, 4-1/2, 5-1/2, ) can be used as retrofit drains by inserting a Drain sized 1/2", smaller than the drain pipe being fitted; (for a 4 inch drain pipe use a 31/2" Metalastic Drain). Repair   broken bowls or poor flashing by inserting an appropriate size Metalastic Drain.

A qualified architect or engineer should confirm that the roof drainage  system is proper and adequate to meet the building design and local   code requirements.
