Chemi-Quartz is a decorative yet durable flooring system. It combines solid or multi-colored silica-quartz aggregates permanently embedded in a tough, clear, two-component epoxy/urethane. Garland offers a choice of a non-yellowing polyurethane or a reduced-yellowing epoxy for the topcoat. The urethane topcoat offers excellent chemical and stain resistance, whereas the epoxy topcoat is a high-build coating with a smooth finish that's designed for less severe conditions. Chemi-Quartz typically provides a resurfacing thickness of 1/16" to 1/8".
