Chemi-Top 900™

DESCRIPTION

Chemi-Top 900 is Garland's unique, high-abrasion-resistant/wear-resistant resurfacer. Also known as Super Chemi-Top, the flooring substrate minimizes the potential of static electricity build-up. This type of charge may cause a shock to personnel as they walk across the floor and touch metal. The same charge can be extremely dangerous in a potentially explosive area (e.g., grain mills, flammable areas, particulate-saturated air).

Chemi-Top 900 was tested at 75°F, 35% relative humidity (RH); it typically did not allow a charge greater than 600 volts to be generated.

The system is a monolithic epoxy floor topping primarily designed for power troweling. Chemi-Top 900's unique formulation, combined with the recommended installation techniques, give the product its superior physical properties.

The aggregate-to-liquid ratio does not exceed 4.5-to-1, compared to a 6-or 7-to-1 ratio for similar products. The minimum application thickness is 3/16".
