Splice Washers are the most widely used splice method. This method can be used for widths from 2" - 12". Recommended for straight runs of less than 200 feet (60 meters).
NOTE: This splice method is also used to secure cut FLEXTRAY in radius applications.

![]() Assembled Splice Bar method attaches between two side rails with two sets of Top Washers, nuts and bolts.

The Splice Bar adds stability to splice connections. This method is recommended for widths from 12"-24" in runs of 300 feet (91 meters) or less. Use the Splice Bar with Splice Washers.

![]() Pull assembly tool toward you to tighten. Spring Splice will automatically lock into place. Repeat on opposite side. |
The Spring Splice method enables fast connections of continuous runs. No bolt tightening required.
These unique splices are recommended for 2" depths of FLEXTRAY in all widths and straight runs of more than 300 feet (91 meters). An installation tool is included in every package. Its simple to splice continuous runs of FLEX-TRAY.
