CREATING HORIZONTAL

RADIUS BENDS FLEXTRAY can be cut and formed on-site into nearly any configuration by cutting the bottom and side wires of the straight sections. After removing the cut wires, a radius can be bent and fastened with appropriate hardware.

The following pages illustrate just a few suggested methods for creating bends. Please refer to your cable manufacturer’s suggested bend radius when forming FLEXTRAY.

To create bends, simply remove sections of FLEXTRAY. For long radius bends, remove every other section. For short radius bends, remove one section and both side rails.

Bends can be connected using Splice Washers, nuts and bolts.

Always use bolt cutters with offset blades when cutting FLEXTRAY.
